About Jim
Jim's journey began as a Global Management Accountant with Cadbury Schweppes, Mondelez, Dalgety and Refresco and start-ups operating in Europe, Africa and Asia. He established ‘Taybridge Consultants’ in 2017 to guide leaders to grow their organisation through rapid change and uncertainty. He has extensive experience in business growth M&A, rationalization projects, franchising and day-to-day operational improvement.
